These terms govern use of the New Home Helpers website, service-request flow, and partner portal. By submitting information or using a protected account, you agree to use the service lawfully and provide accurate information.

Quotes and service requests

A website submission is a request for review, not a guaranteed appointment, contract, or final price. Availability, scope, materials, specialty labor, and site conditions may affect scheduling and cost. Final terms are confirmed separately before work begins.

Safety and emergencies

The website is not an emergency service. For fire, gas, flooding, electrical danger, medical emergencies, or immediate threats to people or property, contact emergency services or the appropriate utility first.

Partner data

Partner access is limited to the approved account, territory, and service category. Users must comply with source restrictions, privacy rules, suppression requirements, advertising laws, and all other applicable obligations. Data may be incomplete, delayed, or unavailable and must be independently verified before use.

Accounts and payments

Protected accounts may not be shared or used to bypass access controls. Subscription pricing and renewal terms are shown before checkout. Stripe processes payments. Access may be limited or suspended for failed payment, misuse, or legal and security reasons.
